Every year a Festival of the Sea is held on the quayside at Great Yarmouth and this year BOC members, along with other local clubs, have been invited to join in by escorting the visiting tall ships when they sail away from the event. This is a tentative arrangement at the moment while the organisers gauge the interest of local club boat owners, but an enticement is the "after the event" visit to the local Blackfriars Brewery ! If you would like to partake in the event with your boat, date is Saturday 10th September, please let me know by e-mail soonest. More info will be forthcoming when available Vic Hodson
