Following the success of this event last year, Mr Broom has again kindly agreed to let us use the island at Broom's marina for a barbecue and get together. This is hosted by the BOC, but is open to all Broom owners, members or not, and you can arrive by boat, car, train, etc. The date is Saturday 5th September, unfortunately this is the weekend after August Bank Holiday, but the Southampton boat show starts the following week. Format as last year - bring your own food and drink, full cooking facilities will be provided and there are adequate picnic benches.
