 The visit went ahead as planned with those attending meeting in a lay-by overlooking Dover Castle. We were warmly welcomed by the staff on duty who explained their particular roles as they worked. Everyone agreed that the visit was extremely interesting.
Having left the Coastguard station we drove in convoy the short distance to St Margaret's Bay where we enjoyed an early evening meal at 'The Coastguard' Pub. Kelston Tobin
